Mission: The mission and purpose of the Fred H. Tally Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization is to provide a vital link between parents, students, teachers and staff, and the school district to help improve the quality of our children’s educational experience. In addition, to undertake worthwhile activities, projects and fundraisers encouraging parent and community involvement, that directly benefit the students and staff of Fred H. Tally Elementary School.
